"Motovilikhinskiye zavody" more than half a century is one of the largest suppliers of rocket - artillery armament for needs of the Defence Ministry of Russia (USSR), and also national armies of more than 50 foreign states. Thus the enterprise pays much attention to technical supervision and service of delivered equipment and armament systems.

Due to the highly skilled experts, vast experience of adjustment, positioning, repair and service of armament and military equipment of high and average complexity in conditions of maintaining organizations (military units) at Russia's territory and abroad is accumulated at the enterprise.

Thus simultaneously (at the request of the Customer) the revisions or modernization of samples of armament and military equipment can be carried out which will ensure their higher operational characteristics.

The restoration of military equipment by the experts OAO "MZ" is carried out in two stages:

• Rating of product's technical status, realization of the detailed fault detection, check of completeness and working up the list of property, necessary for restoration: complete parts, spare parts, devices and materials. Sending the experts of OAO "MZ" in maintaining organization of the customer is made for performance of the specified stage for the term, which depend from quantity, conditions and intensity of operation of products. The experts develop the offers on optimization of works proceeding from a technical status of products, volumes of forthcoming works on their restoration (modernization) and technical equipment of maintaining organizations for performance of a necessary complex of works. In addition (at the request of the Customer) the experts can determine completeness of single, group and repair complete sets of spare parts, make the lists of missing positions and which require replacement.
• At the second stage of works, the Service of the enterprise, on the basis of the generated lists makes acquisition of spare parts, details and accessories, then carries out their delivery to the customer. At end of this stage OAO "MZ" sends the experts for restoration of products. Cost and duration of the specified works depends on their volume and complexity.

Besides repair of samples of armament and military equipment the Service of OAO "MZ" offers the help to the Russian and foreign organizations in maintenance of armament systems in constant fighting order according to the requirements of the operational documentation. The greatest effect is achieved in case of timely, qualified realization of all complex of scheduled tasks including:

• seasonal service (SO);
• maintenance service 1 (TO-1);
• maintenance service 2 (TO-2) with simultaneous removal of the revealed malfunctions.

The realization of works by the experts of the enterprise allows to increase fighting order of products by operative removal of malfunctions revealed at realization of all categories of maintenance.
