OAO “Motovilikhinskiye zavody” took part in the 2nd Russian-Ukrainian conference on military & technical cooperation which was held by the government of Sverdlovsk region together with FGUP “Rosoboronexport” on behalf of Russian government in Ekateriburg 24-27 November 2003.
Top-managers of enterprises, organizations, design bureaus, specialists of military-industrial complex (MIC), servicemen from Russian and Ukrainian Ministries of Defence took part in this conference.
The aim of the conference was to formulate tasks and to find the ways of mutual cooperation between Russian and Ukrainian MIC enterprises and organizations in the field of armament, to renew and strengthen connections between Russian and Ukrainian enterprises.
Specialists of OAO “MZ” took part in the work of section#1 of the conference. Principle agreements and the ways of cooperation in the field battleworthy increasing of armoured vehicles, MLRS, artillery and mortars of Ukrainian Ministry of Defence are achieved by specialists of Perm enterprise during the meetings.
The possibilities of modernization of available serial samples are determined as in the interests of both states, and also in the interests of third countries in the frames of cooperation.
The 3rd Conference will be held in the Ukraine in the 3rd quarter of 2004.
